Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stratton Suspender Co.! Stratton Suspender Co. ships all of our orders via [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • We are currently offering FREE Domestic Standard Shipping (Calculated at Checkout) for all orders within the United States
  • For Domestic Orders that choose to use an Expedited form of shipping you will be prompted at checkout to choose the carrier from those listed above and the rate.
  • Stratton Suspender Co. ships to all countries INTERNATIONALLY and offers International Shipping (Calculated at Checkout).

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days due to the high volume of orders our store is experiencing at the time. We want to remind customers that each and every set of suspenders is handmade in our home which may increase shipping time. Depending on the order, whether it is a special or custom order could increase the processing time; however, we will communicate that to the customer before purchase. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS or the carrier chosen at checkout if you choose an expedited or international shipping option. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Stratton Suspender Co. is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
